Access to this spot by a non‑electric (classic) bicycle is very physically demanding, suitable only for experienced riders in excellent physical condition.

Stokke kirke is a Lutheran church built in 1886 on a site that has been used for churches since the Middle Ages. An older stone church once stood there but was replaced because it became too small for the growing community. Today, the church is an important local landmark and can seat about 550 people.

I tried to reach this point last weekend, but the road appears to pass through farm - private property. There is a signpost indicating that it’s a dead-end and a private road. Are cyclists I allowed to ride there?

Nice viewpoint with small benches. Nice path through the forest up here. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Here it is a real dream to drive. The cycle path is paved and there are hardly any gradients. The landscape along the route is unique with small wooded areas and large rocks along the way.
