Also known as Løiten brænderi after the famous distillery, Brenneriroa is a historic little village in Innlandet. Just to the south of the village is Løten Church, a beautiful building that dates back to the 1200s. It was where Edvard Munch was Christened for the second time in 1864, after an initial emergency Christening at home due to sickness.

Løten kirke was famously where the great Norwegian painter Edvard Munch was Christened, for the second time. It's also a beautiful building that dates back to the 13th century, though much of its current stature owes to an extension during the 1800s. At full capacity, the church can hold up to 400 people.
