The Pepperstad residential area, home to around 4,000 people, benefits from a great trail network that includes the Flisløypa loop. These trails are popular all year round. Vestby IL is looking to connect the Flisløypa route with the trail at Pepperstadjordet too.

This year-round trail through the woods is a beautiful place for a hike. Flisløypa means wood chip, a reference to the thick layer of wood chips the trail benefits from. This, combined with the local climate, makes the round especially good during the ski season.

Lovely little café – highly recommended! The homemade pizzas are great, and if the weather turns, there are books and games to keep you entertained while you wait

This little road triangle here (Garder-Kroer-Helgestadveien) is rather nice for hill intervals. My favorite is going clock-wise, starting on the lowest point of Kroerveien and race to the highest point of Garderveien (close to the Furumoveien intersection).
