May seem like a useful back way to the Dove Cottage Tea Rooms, but be careful. It has that special kind of mud that doesn't need more than a spray of water to render it like builder's plaster. Left my bike unrideable after a hundred yards.

The oldest part of the church dates from the 12th century, with additions and alterations made during the following three centuries, including the nave and spire in the 15th century.
