I completely agree. The Nibelungensteig is truly a stunningly beautiful hiking trail. While I haven't completed all of its stages yet, I've visited some truly stunningly beautiful towns and forests along the way. Even though the Nibelungensteig does have quite a few ups and downs, the journey and the effort along the way are sure to be rewarded.
