This is a pretty woodland alongside the River Erme, just before it heads through Ivybridge to the south. There are several footpaths leading through it and it’s mainly earth underfoot so it can get muddy in winter. All the woodlands along this stretch of river are lovely and seem to blend in to one another. The path alternately hugs the river and rises above it, allowing you to admire the Erme from every angle. There are stiles and some steps in this woodland.

Great view and you often see horses. If you keep walking along the path, you can sometimes see sheep and fluffy cows too.
