The plastered church building with the curved tower hood was built in 1755 instead of a wooden porch. The previous church probably dates from 1395. The new building was erected under the patronage of Frederick II. Lightning struck the tower several times and in the course of the Second World War the community had to give up the two bells - one of which was later found in a bell cemetery and returned. The organ from 1910 comes from the Neuruppin organ builder Albert Hollenbach. The pulpit is located in the middle of the east wall, beneath which is a panel of wood painted in the style of a plait. The community owns a Venetian Bible from 1483, which is brought from the guest's house to the church on special occasions - it is considered one of the oldest printed Bibles in Brandenburg.
