From the parking lot in the center, it can be done in about half an hour :) The castle ruins and the area are very well maintained, and you have a beautiful view of Teplice.

Kostomlaty are the ruins of a noble castle from the first half of the 14th century on the Kostomlaty hill above the village of Kostomlaty pod Milešovka, after which they got their name. It is a bergfrit-type castle with a two-part layout. It became part of the Kostomlatský predicate of Vřesovice. It was abandoned at the end of the 16th century. It has been protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic since 1964

The ruins of a Gothic castle, built by lords from Rýzmburk at the beginning of the 14th century. In 1335, the castle was bought by Margrave Karel (later Karel IV).
