Vånsviken is a shallow sandy bay on the northern side of the island, facing toward Ålö and Rånö. It's less well known than Stora Sand, so it's a nice quieter option in the height of summer. The wide, shallow, sandy shoreline and calm waters make this a great swim spot.

Ferry line 22 from Nynäshamn stops here. Tickets are available in the SL app. There's a drinking water source at the first house.

Nice spot with fire place, directly at the shore.

A great way to get to Stockholm (Nynäshamn) by ferry since September 2021 to save many long car kilometers to the north.
