Kapelle: Im Mai 2014 haben sich Helene und Manfred Schmitt aus Bergtheim mit der Einweihung ihrer Kapelle mitten in den Weinbergen einen Lebenstraum erfüllt. Ihr Kirchlein steht auf einem kleinen Bergrücken zum Bergtheimer Wald hin. Das Winzerpaar gab ihm den Namen „Muttergottes im Harfenspiel“. Für das Stifterehepaar hat vieles in der Kapelle eine symbolische Bedeutung: die Farbe und das Muster der Fenster, ein eingemauerter Stein von der Zugspitze im Giebeldreieck, die Deckenbemalung mit dem Spruch „Ich bin der Weinstock, ihr seid die Reben“, die Muttergottes mit dem Jesuskind auf dem Altar oder die kunstvolle Kuppel. Die Bergtheimer mögen ihre Kapelle in den Weinbergen. Zumal die Winzerfamilie das 800 Quadratmeter große Umfeld mit Pflasterflächen, Bänken und sogar einer Panoramatafel mit Erläuterungen verschönert hat. Man kann nämlich von hier vom Schwanberg bis in die Rhön schauen. Die Kapelle liegt linker Hand oberhalb der Straße zwischen Bergtheim und Dipbach in der Weinbergslage „Bergtheimer Harfenspiel“. Der Weinberg mit westlicher Hangneigung liegt etwa auf halber Strecke zwischen Bergtheim und Dipbach nördlich der Gemeindeverbindungsstraße. Die Weinlage grenzt im Osten unmittelbar an das Waldstück Blankholz an, westlich unterhalb des Weinbergs verläuft die Pleichach. Der nördliche Bereich der Weinlage wird auch als Seeberg bezeichnet - hier befindet sich umgeben von Wald und Weinberg ein kleiner See. Weinbau Die Weinlage Bergtheimer Harfenspiel umfasst insgesamt eine Anbaufläche von 17 Hektar und wird keiner Großlage zugeordnet. Es handelt sich um einen verhältnismäßig jungen Weinberg: 1974 bauten Manfred und Helene Schmitt vom gleichnamigen Weingut östlich von Bergtheim wieder die ersten Reben an, nachdem 1925 die letzten Bergtheimer Rebstöcke von der Reblaus vernichtet wurden. Bewirtschaftet wird der Weinberg vom Bergtheimer Privat-Weingut Schmitt in besonders umweltschonender Anbauweise. Angebaut werden insbesondere Weißweine (u.a. Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Riesling, Weißburgunder, Gewürztraminer), aber auch Rotweine (u.a. Cabernet, Spätburgunder). Der Boden der Weinlage ist vor allem vom Lößlehm geprägt.
