Here stand the well-preserved former station buildings (reception building, goods shed, and a smaller shed) of the Schlierbach/Krems station, which was abandoned in 2007 and relocated to another location on the new Pyrhn Railway line or rebuilt there. This relocation was necessary due to the re-routing of an approximately 10 km long section of the Pyrhn Railway. Although all buildings of the old station are closed, they are in very good condition and are for sale by the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB).

After the Schlierbach bypass went into operation (2007) and the railway was straightened in this area, the tracks to the old station were removed. From the former Schlierbach train station, the reception building, the goods depot and the toilet house are still preserved
