The four-kilometer-long Johannesweg is a circular route around Jagerberg and Pöllau with a special power spot at the Rinnquelle. It begins and ends at the church car park in Jagerberg. After the renovation of the Johanneskreuz at Johannesriegel, the idea was born to incorporate this Christian sign into a circular route, as it says in John 14:6: "I am the way, the truth and the life." Along the route, stations and rest areas have been set up in scenic locations where concise words from the Gospel of John invite meditation.

The small market town of Jagerberg in southeast Styria currently has around 1,600 inhabitants, of whom almost 400 live in the main town. The municipality's economy has long been dominated by agriculture and forestry. Recently, tourism has become increasingly important. Jagerberg is a member of the "Saßtal" tourism association in the hilly region of eastern Styria. Karl Resch from the Wetzelsdorf district has been the head of the listed market town hall, as the town hall is called here, since July 31, 2024.

Erwin Haiden is the Styrian village innkeeper of Jagerberg. In his inn with attached butcher's shop, he and his team serve regional specialties prepared with products from local farms every day except Friday. It is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Thursdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The village inn also has six guest rooms.

The Generations Park at the Jagerberg natural swimming pool is a lovingly designed and well-maintained playground for young and old. Motorhome parking space Right next to the Generations Park and the natural swimming pool there is a large paved parking lot where you can park your motorhome free of charge. The parking space is open all year round and freely accessible. There are coin-operated machines for the supply of electricity and water. The supply facility is not in operation in winter.

In the Jagerberg natural swimming pool you can bathe and swim in water of drinking water quality - without chlorine, without chemicals. 2600 square meters of water surface are available, there is a sandy beach, a spacious lawn and beach volleyball courts.

Since May 2024, the tenant Sara Montagnolli has been managing the natural swimming pool restaurant "Neptun". During the bathing season, visitors are served everything from refreshing drinks to elaborate ice cream creations and tasty menus. During the season, the "Neptun" is open daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Outside of the bathing season, it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and is open from Wednesday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
