The chapel is a plastered hall with two bays. The choir closes on three sides. The entrance is on the south side. According to an inscription on the leg of the choir, it was renewed in 1696. The relief plate on the west side with a depiction of St. Walburga, the patroness of the monastery of the same name in Soest, is the only remaining reference to the Augustinian convent Annenborn in Waltringhausen, which was absorbed by this monastery in 1408. The beamed ceiling inside is stuccoed. The colored windows were donated in 1868.
