nice pub - bit on the expensive side but very well regarded

A classic English moorland walk (good views of the edge of Barden Moor) - lots on a good track. Beautiful, windswept heathery views on the way. There are still remains of old quarries on your way in this area (coal mining here was abandoned in 1905, so there are still remains and ruins of those activities to be seen).

Good rocky track up onto the moor from Threshfield. It makes for a hard but achievable climb or a fast, bumpy descent

Nice bit of singletrack high up on the moor. The riding is good but the views are better

Climbing on GRVL up past the Winterburn Reservoir - this section was decent but there's some tough climbing and rough surfaces to get there - also COWS!

This was the first time we have ridden mountain bike in this area. What an outing with beautiful scenery. Hard work and lots of concentration was required! Unfortunately my phone battery died half way so did not get full recording but did the whole route on Komoot as a friend also downloaded the same route.
