There are a lot of flowy singletrack trails for hiking and mountain biking at George Mitchell Nature Preserve. There's also a paved greenway that passes through the area, so you can make your ride as long or as short as you want.

This region of the Spring Creek Greenbelt is near Rob Fleming Park where you will find parking and a small fishing lake. It's a dog friendly park and also has BBQ pits, picnic tables and play areas for the kids. You can follow the Greenbelt trail north west from here to access the trails of the George Mitchell Nature Preserve.

The West Trail explores to the north west of the main George Mitchell Preserve Trails, taking you just south of Indian Springs.
