The village was located on the upper reaches of the Flöha in the Bohemian Ore Mountains.

In 2001, Fláje consisted of 3 houses, in which 20 people lived.[5] From the old village, the foundations of the relocated church and houses are still visible on the eastern shore of the reservoir.

Great excursion destination, you can also go around by bike or on foot🚵🏻🚶🏻🚶♀️🚵♀️ There is also a restaurant for refreshments right near the dam 🌭🥪🍺🧃
