A very pleasant and modern lookout tower with a beautiful view. A spiral staircase leads up.

The stone lookout tower from 2004 stands on the site of the original wooden lookout tower, which was removed in the 1970s. The sandstone for the construction was gradually removed by volunteers. After climbing the 99 steps, you will have a view of the Jeseníky Mountains, the Beskydy Mountains, the Small and White Carpathians, the Little Fatra Mountains or, in good visibility, even the Alps.

Nice and quiet place. An entrance fee of CZK 50 is collected during opening hours. Outside opening hours, it is possible to pay the entrance fee using a QR code or at the cash desk. The castle is really nice, well maintained. In front of the castle there is a sitting area with a service window.

Any time of the year, a beautiful walk, from several places. The paved path, the most used, leads from Švehlo hájenka to the green.

Lukov Castle is worth a visit at any time of the year. Beautiful hiking and forest trails lead to the castle on various routes. From the top you have wonderful views of the surrounding area. And thanks to a small snack bar on the castle grounds, the physical well-being of hikers and cyclists is also taken care of....
