A lock is a hydraulic structure that, with the help of gates, allows controlled passage of water in canals, rivers, dams, and mines. The gate can be opened and closed at the lock manually, with a worm gear or with a gear and rack, but it can also be operated hydraulically. Source: https://sh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ustava

Bosanska Ulica is the main pedestrian street that snakes through the very heart of Bihać and boy does it tick all the boxes such a thoroughfare must. Plenty of excellent cafes for that caffeine fix? Check. Streams of beautiful people walking in every direction? Very check. Restaurants, bars, galleries and monuments a plenty? Triple check, all the check. This is the living, breathing centre of Bihać, where the city is at its most alive from morning to night. https://www.inyourpocket.com/bosnia-herzegovina/bihac/venues/bosanska-ulica

In the past, people used to stroll along the local 'Korzo' in the evenings, back and forth, but for a long time now, walks have been replaced by sitting on the terraces of numerous cafes, restaurants, and pastry shops in Bosanska Street.

Many are the things that Bihać residents are proud of, but most of all of their beauty – Una. Life is unimaginable here without Una, and it is a rare phenomenon to be able to cool off in a crystal-clear river in the middle of the city. Whether it is because it is located almost a few steps from the city bustle and concrete or not, the biggest gathering place for Bihać residents is called – Beton. The ‘Beton’ bathing area is also a sincere witness to the courage and fearlessness of Bihać residents. Una is considered one of the coldest rivers in the world, but this does not stop citizens from preferring to swim here in the summer rather than at the sea, which they can reach in just three and a half hours.
