Wesley Lake is just a few hundred yards from the shores of the ocean and backs up to Founder's Park. There are a number of paved paths circling around the water, and there's even a bridge crossing over the middle of the lake that you can walk across.

The majority of the Bradley Beach Boardwalk (and other nearby boardwalks) is paved and completely flat. You have continuous views of the water and access to the beach, and you don't have to worry about bikes zipping by since they aren't allowed on this path.
