The East Shore Trail of Lake Chabot is a multi-use trail, which means you may find yourself sharing the mostly paved surface with bikers, rollerbladers, joggers and other walkers. However, the views over the lake are phenomenal, you can find spots of shade here even on hot, sunny days, and there are outhouses and benches spaced along the trail.
