My grandfather, Warrant Officer Jean Legrand, was one of the victims of the plane crash on June 6, 1957, the memory of which this stele perpetuates. It is very moving for our family to see that this monument is still visible and that visitors stop to pay tribute to the missing. With all my gratitude.

Attention to this route, once you start the descent you come across private property.(2k,5km) Gate with barbed wire and "no entry" sign, then electric fence, not much choice, I climbed over the barriers but not with peace of mind....
