This is one of the most interesting stories associated with this place. The name "Dworcowe" (Station Lake) comes from the fact that the lake lies almost directly next to the former tracks of the historic Lębork – Bytów railway line. Trains used to pass right by its shores, and passengers getting off at the nearby, now abandoned Pomysk Mały railway stop (within the boundaries of Pomysk Wielki) had a view of the water's surface almost immediately after stepping off the train cars.

1. The main attraction of the trail are the extremely clean, oligotrophic lakes (including Stary Staw, Jeleń, and Głęboczko). They owe their name to a rare plant – the water lobelia, which grows only in crystal-clear and soft waters.

All 7 buildings in this complex were equipped with so-called through-halls. In the 19th century, they served not only as communication routes for residents but also allowed for quick access to the utility areas and gardens stretching behind the buildings, without the need to walk around the entire city block.
