The Dark Side Trail

Highlight • MTB Park

This is a stonking finale to a great ride. unlock all the suspension you have & hoon it! This is a fast run with table tops where you will take air , an off camber bend followed by a speed sapping little climb midway taking you straight into a choice of drop in or chicken run for the final run. Though hugely enjoyable for the more experienced this run can also be enjoyed by those who just want to role it. Word of warning , when this section first opened an Ambulance seemed to be permanently camped at the end of the trail due to the number off's & injuries. These were mainly incurred on the first table top as the trail encourages you to pick up speed & by the time you realise your ability doesn't your current speed you hit the first jump & basically go interstellar. Net result a very heavy impact. Just remember it's not taking air that hurts it's the crash landing!😉👍😎 Enjoy , it's one of my favourites 🤙

Mast Climb Singletrack, Clwydian Range

Highlight (Segment) • Climb

Not too technical and interesting climb from the gate at the top of the llandegla MTB climb. Straight up to the mast, swing left after it, and if you're lucky it will be bone dry like it was for us. My partner struggles on techy stuff, but this was fine. Awesome scenery, if you stop to look at it that is😉

This is a 10.4 mile mountain bike route that starts in Llangollen, North Wales, and heads into the Ceiriog Valley and back. It consists of two big climbs at two steep, rocky descents that finishes with it's name sake, the infamous Allt y Badi. It may be short but don't underestimate this ride, it's not for the faint hearted!

New b line extension, 6 or so huge new berms with big kickers and a push up trail not for the faint hearted ( roll around available)

A really great decent and not to be missed if you like it rowdy. It starts off as a red, lulling you into running faster, but it quickly starts to get much more gnarly with large rocks and drop-offs ready to catch you out if you push too hard.

Mainly at the black end of the scale now due to use by off road vehicles. A great descent!
