The oversized trash can at the Lohbusch rest stop and parking lot has now been fitted with a metal lid with a small opening for waste disposal. The city of Bad Oeynhausen reacted to the fact that household and bulky waste had been illegally "disposed of" there for years. The misleading inscription: "I am up for any dirt" was also removed. It would be better to motivate people to produce less or no waste at all.

Here on the "Alten Postweg" in the Lohbusch district of Dehme, where the car park on the Weserradweg cycle path and the boat landing stage are today, was formerly the ship landing stage of a Dehme brickworks, whose narrow-gauge railway ended here.

Although somewhat overgrown with trees and bushes, the rest area still offers a nice view of the Weser river. There's also a trash can.
