Apart from crossing the B167, a very nice cycle path, nicely wide and almost perfect asphalt without major root damage, so you can also ride your road bike here super.

The Pankeweg near Buch runs along the Panke river and is part of a longer network of cycle paths and footpaths connecting the north of Berlin with the city center. The route is predominantly green and leads through quiet sections with parks, meadows, and natural bank areas of the Panke river. Especially in the Buch area, the path serves as an important everyday and recreational connection for walkers and cyclists between residential areas, the clinic, and adjacent recreational areas.

Beautiful, easy-to-ride cycle path. But you can clearly feel the proximity to Berlin here. So it gets quite busy on nice days.

From pioneer service to holiday camp. Children of the GDR once spent their time here. Today, the site is a holiday resort on Lake Weberlin. Various options are available at https://www.seezeit-resort.de/.

There are these technically beautiful blue lift bridges everywhere. I wasn't expecting them, but they're beautiful. The bike path is just as beautiful: always along the water, no traffic, few disruptions, TOO

The bike path is next to the road, but at a slightly higher elevation. This means a beautiful view of the water. Great!
