The Georgenau estate is located near Bad Liebenzell-Möttlingen and has a long history dating back to 1727, when the first buildings were constructed. The estate was built by Peter Hermann von Franken, who became forester in Liebenzell in 1711. Over the years, ownership has changed hands several times, with the estate being expanded and modernized under various owners. Today, the estate is known for its sustainable farming and the sale of regional products in its own farm shop. There used to be a riding school and horse boarding facility, but these have since closed.
