Former white church rectory, built by the abbey of Averbode in 1744. Built between 1742 and 1744. Given the strong similarities with the rectory of the parish of St. Michael in Messelbroek, the design is attributed to Grégoire Godissar (1708-1780), lay brother architect in the abbey of Averbode. The abbey had held the patronage and tithe rights in Zolder since 1304, which further substantiates the authorship of brother Grégoir. U-shaped complex, situated in a moated garden; the open side of the courtyard is closed off by a wall. To the east and west of the courtyard, perpendicularly attached transverse barns, of which the eastern one is dated 1744 by means of wall anchors. The past as a municipal museum is still visible here and there (old agricultural implements, for example). A small chapel (overgrown) near the residence. The walled Woutershof is a parsonage from 1742, built in a classicist style, which owes its name to the Wouters family who bought it as a black asset from the French occupier at the end of the 18th century. The house was built in 1742 and the two associated tithe barns in 1744 by order of the Premonstratensian Abbey of Averbode as a parsonage for the parish of Zolder. It is built of brick and the window frames are made of white sandstone. The two associated tithe barns were built in 1744. The parish fell under the Abbey of Averbode, which also had the right to patronize until 1815. The Woutershof served as a parsonage until 1973. In 1974, the building was given to the local local history society, which established the Heemkundig Museum Woutershof in it. The collection mainly consisted of utensils from around the turn of the century. A theme room introduced visitors to an old primary school class in 1930. In another room, an annual theme exhibition was organized. In 1985, the building and surroundings were classified as a monument and in 2002 the outside of the building was restored. On January 30, 2020, the municipal council decided that the concession with the Heemkundig Kring Zolder would be terminated on December 31, 2020 due to the redevelopment of the entire environment. It is not yet known what purpose the building will have in the future.

When there is a lot of rainfall, areas may become less passable. But otherwise a beautiful piece!
