De Bleeke Dood, also known as De Dood, is one of the two remaining flour mills in the Zaan region. The mill is located in Zaandijk diagonally opposite the Zaanse Schans, on the corner of Guisweg / Lagedijk. This mill on the Zaan is the oldest existing wooden scaffolding mill in the Netherlands.
