The Strib Odde Fyr lighthouse is picturesquely located on the Strib Odde peninsula near Strib on Funen. The first tower was built in 1883 as a six-meter-high iron tower. In 1900, it was replaced by the current white, square masonry tower with a height of 21 meters – as high as its flame.

At Lillebæltsværft (Lillebæltswerft), volunteers keep a 150-year-old boat-building tradition alive. Clinker construction is UNESCO intangible cultural heritage, and here dinghies and wooden ships are still restored using the old method where the planks overlap.

Middelfart's old town is known for its charming, idyllic character. Located near the old harbor, it is characterized by narrow, winding streets, cobblestones, and historic houses. The pedestrian zone runs through the old town and invites you to stroll and linger with its numerous specialty shops, cafés, and restaurants. Overall, Middelfart's old town exudes a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, which is quite different from larger cities. https://www.visitmiddelfart.de/middelfart/reiseplanung/alter-hafen-gl-havn-und-die-altstadt-gdk1061743

The Little Belt Shipyard now operates as a museum shipyard and maritime history center for the northern part of the Little Belt, where the tradition of wooden shipbuilding is still preserved and passed on. Since 1855, dinghies and boats have been built at the small shipyard. "Little Belt dinghies" were built here for porpoising, fishing, and pilotage. The preferred construction technique was clinker construction. Clinker boats are a special type of boat with a hull construction in which the hull planks overlap. The tradition of clinker construction dates back more than a thousand years and is an important part of coastal culture and cultural heritage in Scandinavia. This is why clinker construction has been added to the UNESCO World Heritage List, and the Little Belt Shipyard is one of the few places in the world where boats are still built according to this ancient tradition. https://www.visitmiddelfart.de/middelfart/reiseplanung/lillebaeltsvaerftet-werft-gdk614428
