Laurentia is the name of an octagonal belt mill on the Hoberg in Milheeze. Next to the mill is a garden mill. The mill has a white-painted octagonal stone base and a wooden superstructure that is covered with reed. In all probability, this mill once served as a polder mill in Bleskensgraaf. It was founded in Milheeze in 1890. At that time, it was called Ludolizawi, which was a contraction of the names of the former owners. On the occasion of a restoration in 1965, it was given its current name. The octagon was also embellished. Originally covered with roofing felt, it was now replaced with reed, which looked nicer but was probably never used in Brabant.
