Unfortunately, the boardwalk is too narrow for strollers or wheelchairs, dogs are allowed on a leash. A visit to the high moor is particularly worthwhile in spring when various plants – such as cotton grass – are in bloom.

Almost as imposing and with a great view as from the big Lugstein - the small Lugstein!

No stamp station found here either. The hikes from the small to the large Lugstein can be directly combined. On the Bohemian side there is also the "Bohemian Lugstein".

Not far from the Lugsteinbaude, one of the 14 peaks over 8000 meters in the Ore Mountains. Unfortunately, I didn't find the stamp. FANTASTIC VIEW!!!

A very beautiful and interesting hike around the Fláje reservoir. The history of the village of Fleyh, which had to be relocated for the construction of the dam, is particularly moving. Everything is explained very clearly on several information panels around the reservoir.

The road was renewed in late summer 2025 and now offers excellent asphalt for both entry and exit.
