There is a simple well in the ground here for drinking water. The water looked fairly clear on my visit, but had some dead bugs floating around in it. Would proably be fine to drink, at least with a water filter. Tip: Just 3km along the trail to the east, by the Ryssbergen shelter, is a water tap with higher quality water.

The location has two separate shelters next to each other with picnic tables and fireplaces in front of them. There is also a drinking water tap just next to the shelters that offers clean and fresh water. The shelters are located right next to some popular paths and is close to a parking spot, so expect this to be a well visited spot.
