May 25, 2026, Botanic Gardens

The Botanic Gardens within Queens Park are beautifully landscaped, with geometric flower beds, heritage plantings, and avenues of mature trees creating a peaceful place to wander. Seasonal blooms, manicured lawns, and specialty garden areas, including roses, camellias, and native plantings, add colour and variety throughout the year. As part of Toowoomba’s renowned garden heritage, this spot is especially popular during the annual Carnival of Flowers.

Don't know why Komoot says cycling is not allowed on part of route. Cycling is allowed on footpaths in Toowoomba, there are no signs prohibiting cycling on the path, and Toowoomba Regional Council itself promotes this as a family friendly cycling route https://www.tr.qld.gov.au/component/content/article/walks-trails/sportrecreation/226-where-to-cycle
