Historically, the "Göhren Gate" was part of the Lichtenwald deer enclosure in the middle of the 18th century. On the one hand, it served as a transport link between Neuhausen and Göhren (Kliny). On the other hand, it prevented game from escaping from the enclosure, which was up to 2575 hectares in size. After 1931, the areas were reduced, the gate fell into disrepair, and the connecting path to Bohemia was no longer used after 1945. This hiking connection has been open again since 2007. An information board with a seating area reminds us of earlier times.
