A wonderful spot for a cake break, ice cream, or strawberries. We really enjoyed our time in the beautiful garden in the glorious sunshine. Unfortunately, the farm shop/café is only open until mid-July. So beware, if you arrive later in the year, you'll probably find the doors closed.

Not a particularly nice location at the crossroads, but at least it's the first bench I've seen in a while on my walk today. A little further on, there are two more picnic benches in a slightly nicer location.

Schloh's Asparagus Farm. Farm shop and a very nice café garden. Located on the northern path of the Wümmeniederung valley. The cake and cappuccino were delicious.
