Beautiful church directly above the Elbe-Lübeck Canal... you can't miss it if you cross the canal on the bridge right in front of it.

A lovely path along the canal... You can often spot waterfowl... the only downside: the path offers little shade.

Unfortunately, I found the large church closed (on weekdays). However, there's a lovely bench in front of the church, and the old gravestones and crosses around the church are worth exploring.

The bike path is okay, but be careful with the many rooty patches. It's best to keep a firm hand on the handlebars at all times, especially on downhill sections.

The bike path along the main road is okay. It just has quite a few rooty bumps. So always keep one hand on the handlebars, especially on downhill sections.
