Crossing the stream is very dangerous. I fell and broke my femoral neck because of the missing railing. Now, there's a huge detour, with a considerable elevation gain, to avoid this hazard. Unfortunately, no one feels responsible for reinstalling the railing that was removed after the storm. It's a real shame. The Kyll Valley Cycle Path is increasingly losing popularity.
