In fact, there are only a limited number of rooms that can be visited with a guided tour. No photos except for one room and after the tour you are elegantly led through a café. Otherwise there is a visitor center/shop where you can invest your money in souvenirs. Definitely one of the most beautiful castles in Scotland (from a photographer's point of view)! If you don't have time to visit the castle from the inside (it's worth it, but it's quite expensive and takes time), you can also park in the town and walk along the stream. That way you can get some exercise on a driving day!
