A round on the 18-hole disc golf course at Lake Bremervörde takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the number of players. The family course can be shortened; the shorter 12-hole round consists of holes 1-6 and 13-18. A round on the 9-hole disc golf course takes about 1 hour. A visit is highly recommended and very interesting 👍🏻.

Seaman Jonas Kötz Carved from an old mooring post from the Port of Hamburg, the Seaman has been watching over the nature and adventure park from the waters of Lake Vörder since 2013. The charming, bulbous-nosed figure, weighing 500 kg, rises three meters above the water's surface. The Seaman was created by sculptor and illustrator Jonas Kötz, whose sculptures have found their way from his studio on Krautsand to many other locations. The wood used to make the figure is called Basralocus and comes from Suriname. This type of wood was favored for the construction of port facilities in the first half of the last century. It is all the more fitting, then, that the Seaman made of this wood now watches over Lake Vörder. We thank the Bremervörder Zeitung newspaper for its generous support in sponsoring this sculpture.
