Particularly noteworthy are the emporas, i.e. the musical choirs surrounding the interior of the temple. Empires with an interesting sculpture come from the second half of the 19th century and were probably made by a local artist. The original furnishings of the church also include an organ prospectus, benches and stalls dating from 1625.

In the immediate vicinity of the church there are remains of an old German cemetery. The cast-iron fence of the grave of Gustav Rohde, who is a teacher and a church teacher in Arnshagen (German name of Kharnów), and the cast-iron cross from the grave of August Koch, the mayor of Gałęzinów, have been preserved in the cemetery.
