At the end of the path, you have two options for returning: either along the road or the short path under the treetop path. I chose the second way. Firstly, because I don't want to walk on a road without a sidewalk, as speeding is common locally and serious accidents with pedestrians happen regularly. Secondly, I find the path along the edge of the forest much more beautiful and consider it a successful conclusion.

The parking lot directly in front is subject to a charge and has a barrier. On the other side of the street, there is another small parking lot where you can still park for free. The entrance to the park costs 7 Złoty (since the exchange rate is roughly 1 to 4, it currently corresponds to about €1.75). You could also sneak in, but I think the price is okay and if you remember it from before, you have to admit that it has been done really great. I'm happy to pay it. The paths are well laid out, the signage is great, and you can really walk a very beautiful and varied circular route. I visit the Petrified Town regularly every few years since my childhood and am very enthusiastic about the transformation / modernization.

Many consider it the best place in the Ciężkowice area. Although in summer it is a small stream of water, it turns out that in winter it freezes and turns into a large icefall! The huge rocks surrounding it are also impressive - maybe that is why there were legends about witches (hence the name of this waterfall/icefall) who held a sabbath here (those were the days, eh?)
