Rozwadowska „Górka” is a historic conspiratorial venue and the main headquarters of Kedyw (Diversion Directorate) of the Nisko-Stalowa Wola District of the Home Army. It was located in the attic of the former „Polonia” cinema (later „Skoczek”) at the current Stanisława Bełżyńskiego 18 street in Rozwadów (a district of Stalowa Wola).

The monument in the form of a granite boulder in the Rozwadów market square commemorates the tragic events of July 1942, when the German occupiers carried out a mass liquidation of the local ghetto. This monument recalls the former inhabitants of Stalowa Wola of Jewish origin, who were brutally gathered in this square and then murdered on the spot or deported to the extermination camp in Bełżec.

The monument was solemnly unveiled on May 18, 1997 (replacing a more modest monument from 1990) to commemorate the anniversary of the granting of city rights to Rozwadów by the king. The consecration was performed at the time by Bishop Edward Frankowski.

In my opinion, apart from the Town Hall, the view of Collegium Gostomianum is the best place to take a photo in Sandomierz.

The Royal Castle in Sandomierz is one of the most important historical buildings in the city, located on a slope above the Vistula River. It was built in the 14th century on the initiative of Casimir the Great and for centuries served as a royal residence and the seat of starosts. In the 17th century it was partially destroyed by the Swedes and later transformed into a prison, which operated until the 1950s. Currently, it houses the District Museum, where you can see exhibitions on the history of Sandomierz, art and archaeology. From the castle hill there is a beautiful view of the Vistula and the city, which makes this place an attractive point on the tourist route.

There is a sign and a "No Entry" sign in front of the open gate, so I left my bike and went in.
