Stunning views of the surrounding area from the observation tower on Wielka Czantoria. Czantoria itself is the highest peak in the Cieszyn Beskids (995 m), and now add the tower's 29 meters.

The shelter was built in 1925–1926. It was built by the German Tourist Association "Friends of Nature" (German Touristen-Verein "Naturfreunde") from Aleksandrowice. The builder was carpenter Jan Krechut from Jaworze. The official opening took place on May 23, 1926. The shelter has 50 beds in double and multi-person rooms. There is a buffet with a dining room, and in the summer season, a garden is also open.

Great shelter in a beautiful area. Located at an altitude of 917m above sea level in the Silesian Beskids with fantastic views of the surrounding area. Accommodation is available, there is a restaurant and even rooms for families and children. They will not allow you to sleep on the floor, but you can pitch a tent and then use the toilets. The shelter is quite modern, neat and well-kept. Worth it! https://blatnia.pl/

Wielka Czantoria is one of the most popular places for mountain runs and trips in the Silesian Beskids, with an attractive approach from both Ustroń and the Czech Nýdek. The route to the summit is about 5 km long in one direction and offers demanding approaches, technical descents and beautiful views of the surrounding ranges. At the top, there is a viewing tower, a shelter and the possibility of replenishing supplies. Light trail shoes with aggressive tread will be best for the route, because in wet weather the trail can be slippery and the rocks treacherous.
