Strolling along the Tagus river estuary is a great pleasure. Flat route, only for pedestrians and cyclists, always with lots of people.

Between Cruz Quebrada and Caxias a world-class quality, wide and very smooth, color divided biking and pedestrian multiuse trail has been built into the sea along the shore. Possibly the best biking section between Cascais and Lisboa. It follows the coastline high above potential storm flood level, with natural granite blocks sloping out and down to the sea.
