This is a lovely small waterside park with plenty of open space, a ball field, gazebos, a playground, and restrooms. It's a great place to take a break, sit on one of the benches, and enjoy the view.

Great view of Galveston Bay where you can stop and take a moment to take in the scenery. There is a popular fishing camp here, so you're likely to see plenty of anglers enjoying a day out on the water.

Fantastic palapa-style restaurant with a laid-back, island-time atmosphere overlooking Galveston Bay. It's a local dining favorite and a great place to stop and enjoy some shrimp and oysters on the waterfront patio. If you're lucky enough to visit in the evening, the sunsets from here are breathtaking.

The Lyndon B Johnson Station is well worth a look when riding past. So much history, even on the outside. See how many times you can say 'Houston we have a problem' before your ride buddies try to drop you!

A must stop for spaceship fans! Loads of cool stuff on display and several you can see from the road (the building is really cool too), or you can go inside for the full tour.

A nice place to stop when heading out south east from the city. You can even ride all the way along the pier if you dare!
