This trailhead welcomes you to Headlands Dunes State Nature Reserve, which is home to the Headlands Beach Bikeway trail and Fairport Harbor Lighthouse. This is also the northernmost terminus for the Buckeye Trail, making it a popular start/end point for hiking the trail in segments or hiking the "Little Loop" around Akron.
