The circular route from Köpenick S-Bahn station around Müggelsee via Neu Venedig is recommended. On the north side of Müggelsee, however, you mostly cycle on a cycle path along the road. It only really gets beautiful in Rahnsdorf when you turn onto Lagunenstraße. My tip: take the S-Bahn to Wilhelmshagen and then via Schönblicker Straße past the Taborkirche, turn left into Nickelswalder Str., follow the road to Fürstenwalder Allee, cross it and you are on Lagunenstraße.
