The bike lanes here are wonderful. The connectors could be improved though!

If you want to bike (or inline skate), this is the trail for you; it keeps faster-moving trail users separate from the slower walkers and runners on the "Heels" Trail. Both trails form a full loop around the park.

Tower Grove park is a historical green space made up of about seven thousand trees with flowerbeds throughout. It is located adjacent to the Missouri Botanical Gardens, which are well worth visiting while there.

Although it's shorter than most of the other greenways in St. Louis, this paved trail and the accompanying natural space are still lovely. This is a good place for birding in addition to hiking, biking and running, so don't be surprised if you see people toting spotting scopes or binoculars with them.

Jefferson Barracks is a popular location for southern St Louis residents. It's a beautiful open green space featuring a fully paved footpath that circles the entire park.

Lovely rail trail that's perfect for running. It's flat, paved and surrounded by beautiful scenery of trees and a river.

In 2016, this park is named in honor of a St. Louis County police officer who was killed in the line of duty. It has a playground, athletic fields, several hiking trails, a fitness trail, and easy access to Grant's Trail, also known as the Gravois Greenway.
