The area is actually called "Svinklovene" = "pig paws" 😉 "The breathtaking view from the top of Svinklovene is not only beautiful, but also very historical. Just south of the hills there was an open sound, 'Sløjen', and a canal that carried merchant ships and Viking ships back and forth between the North Sea and the Limfjord , led. The route could be watched over by the Viking castle Aggersborg, and it was navigable until the 13th century."
