The Deinster Mühle is recommendable and offers a great menu. The staff are friendly and attentive at the same time to give guests a pleasant visit. Around the Deinster Mühle is a forest area with great hiking trails and cycling paths. Fishing ponds are available and are very popular with sport anglers. A visit is recommended.

Gut Deinster Mühle: Hotel, Golf School, Golf Park, Restaurant and Trout & Sea. On the grounds of the Deinster Mühle, a trout farm has been managed for many years. Three fishing ponds are available for hobby anglers. Hiking trails 💚 and bike paths are located here. A restaurant and an osteria are available for a great meeting with friends. Alte Mauern - neue Feste The Alte Lohmühle has been rented out for event locations since May 2025. Best regards Conny 👋🏻

You can enjoy and undertake a beautiful little hike here. The windmill is worth visiting, it is 24 m high in total. In 1911, an engine was installed, and decommissioning took place in 1961. In 1984, the Borsteler Mühle „Aurora“ was restored with funds from the district of Stade after its acquisition and has been made available for visits ever since. Unfortunately, it has been closed again for several years, but is currently undergoing restoration. Directly behind the windmill, there is free parking. A beautiful sight is the old village church, the Historic Harbor, as well as the great old half-timbered houses of Borstel.
